Bubble Rolls

Industrial rolls of bubble wrap is manufactured in Australia and is ideal for all applications where the protection of bubble wrap is needed. Bubblewrap is available in various thicknesses (single or twin skin), widths and lengths, all of which are available in slit rolls (that is, cut into 2, 3 or 4+ in a bag), with the minimum width for slit rolls being 100mm. The rolls of bubble wrap are available in three bubble profiles: 10mm, 20mm and 30mm.
We can also arrange for the rolls of wrap to be perforated at regular intervals (minimum perforation is 100mm) and to be printed on.

Bubble Wrap Tube is a pre-made continuous tube of bubble that protects your product for sale, storage and transport. Idea for items such as Skate Boards, Snow Boards, Ski's or any lengthy item that requires the protective packaging of bubblewrap, and so much easier than wrapping an item in bubblewrap and taping it together. It is available in a range of sizes starting from a 200mm opening with 50m of length – which allows users to cut the bubble wrap tube to the desired length. Also available in custom made dimensions with perforations for easy tearing. Bubble Wrap Tube features a high slip inner surface that allows for easy loading and packing which will save you time in cutting and packing and ultimately money.

Get Packed supply two different types of specialised bubblewrap - Alfoil Twin Skin (double layer) bubble wrap and Metalised polyester bubble wrap. Both combine the effective cushioning and protection properties of bubblewrap with a reflective foil layer providing a relfective foil surface with a radiant barrier and thermal protective qualities. Alfoil bubble wrap is a lightweight foil backed bubblewrap that has tough insulation properties. Metalised bubblewrap is a lightweight pliable insulation often used within liners of cardboard boxes.

White Armour Padded Mailer - part of the new Armour range has a tri-layer extrusion which as produced up to 20% increase in opacity and blockout. Varieties include side opening and end opening.
Black Armour Padded Mailer - are Matt black, offer 100% blockout to ensure privacy and are side opening.
All of the padded mailer bags have two inner layers that are made of up to 15% recycled content.

Fill Air - Rocket Machine

The Fill Air Rocket Machine from Sealed Air can produce 30 meters per minute of chained air filled cushions. It is a simple plug in and load system and is small enough to fit neatly on a table top - so it meets the most rigorous, high volume packaging challenges without giving up valuable floor space. Air filled cushions provide excellent protection and efficient void fill while reducing material and shipping costs compared to standard foam chip void fillers.
